I just curious is it possible to calculate a Probabilities of something, if one of their nodes doesnt have the probabilities?

For example, i want to calculate probabilites of Storm. I know the probabilities of raining given Humidity and Air Pressure. And i know the probabilities that it will humid given temperature. But i dont know the probabilities of temperature will be hot or cold.

And i want to find probabilities of raining if the temperature hot. Is it possible? Or i must have the probabilities of the Temperature ?

I tried to use Bayesian Inference Elimination algorithm. But i still need to know the probabilities of temperature.
