I do not understand how to answer with letters instead of numbers

For $$a$$, there are $$5$$ letters. However, $$2$$ is repeated, so you have to divide by $$2!$$ times.

$$= 5!/2! = 60.$$

$$b)$$ is the same thing as $$a$$.

$$c)$$ $$6$$ letters, $$2$$ repeats = $$\displaystyle\frac{6!}{2!} = 360$$.

$$d)$$ same thing as $$c$$.
