I do not understand how to answer with letters instead of numbers

For $a$, there are $5$ letters. However, $2$ is repeated, so you have to divide by $2!$ times.

$= 5!/2! = 60.$

$b)$ is the same thing as $a$.

$c)$ $6$ letters, $2$ repeats = $\displaystyle\frac{6!}{2!} = 360$.

$d)$ same thing as $c$.
