I don't understand why: if The restriction of $ <,> $, to $I^{\perp}$ is degenerate have radical=I. So $<,>_{I^{\perp} \times I^{\perp}}$ defined by passing to the quotient a non-degenerate symmetric bilinear form on $B=I^{\perp} / I$
