I read about the Clark-Wright optimization algorithm for vehicle routing problem in Introduction to Operations Research.
The algorithm proposed only considers the vehicle space constraint, I.e., each vehicle can carry only 5 containers.
I would like know how one can modify this algorithm to add the time constraint,I.e., the vehicle should reach the destination before 2:00 pm today.
I am not very good at math. If someone could answer it without a lot of math in it. That would be helpful
