I have read that the nonholonomic constraints in robotic system (for example) work such as generalized coordinates cannot take independent values. Does that mean generalized coordinates will take their values not independently only when nonholonomic constraints are added? And will be some relation between generalized coordinates exept the dynamic or kenimatic of the robot?
