Given a camera with a pitch and yaw (roll is not significant), and knowing the camera's x,y,z position, as well as the Field of View of the camera and the frame size, how can you determine which x,y location in the z=0 plane any point in the frame is showing?

Note: This question (Calculate Camera Pitch & Yaw To Face Point) is similar in nature but is asking a different topic. I was not able to find an existing answer to this question
