If we have a hollow cylinder inside which is a non uniform cylinder(whose diameter is smaller than the hollow cylinder) and is placed such that:

  1. There axes are not parallel
  2. the inside of the circular curve of the hollow cylinder is in contact with the outer surface of the non uniform cylinder.

How can we find the equation of this tangent line (line of contact between the two surfaces) ?
