A question about Partial Derivatives: [closed]

If $$u=f(x,y)$$ where $$x=e^{2s} \cos(4t)$$ and $$y=e^{2s}\sin(4t)$$, show that $$(\partial u/\partial x)^2+(\partial u/\partial y)^2=g(s,t)(\partial u/\partial s)^2+h(s,t)(\partial u/\partial t)^2$$

Can someone please help me find $$\partial u/\partial x$$ and $$\partial u / \partial y$$? Thanks!
