I'm having a super hard time with this question. I've spent hours trying to solve it and I can't figure it out. The question is asking me to find the equations of two parallel tangent lines, and coordinates of a point of that tangent line. (See image of the prompt, sorry the formatting would not work for some reason)

I was able to find the equation of the tangent line at P0 (because the coordinates are given) I get : y=-1/2x+5

I understand that the other tangent line at P1 will have the slope slope of -0.5, but I don't understand how I can find its equation and moreover the coordinates of p1.
