  2. Why $x$^ $= 13 \cdot 2^{-2}$ instead of $12 \cdot 2^{-2} [\text{if } P=4 \Rightarrow 3.156 = 11.0010\cdots \Rightarrow P \text{ digit is } 1100 == 12]$
  3. If it is possible, could you help me realize this approximation and how to define '+', '-', '\', '*', 'square root' for this approximated numbers with p precision.
