Thank you very much for your answer. I didn't get the end of the proof. Why is it true that $u_x$ is harmonic on the ball $\|y\|\leqslant\|x\|$? How it implies that for every $\|y\|\leqslant\|x\|$, $u_x(y)=h(x)$?
