Here's the link to the code again. For $\nabla u$ I used a numpy function np.gradient() where as for $\Delta u$ I used forward difference.

Do you want the discretization scheme written inside the question? It will become very messy. But if you still prefer I can tale a snapshot and add it in the question. Also, I have given a link to download the code which contains the discretization scheme inside the code. Let me know if the code is helpful or i should provide some other information.
