The hypothesis is that the mutant replicates less efficiently compared to the wild type. The question is, does my data show that it is less efficient? And thanks Chris, I really appreciate the help

Could you possibly show me using my data? All I want to show is there is a significant difference between my mutant and wild type, I assume a one tailed test (taking all I want to show is that the mutant is lower) is sufficient? But if you could also show me a two-tailed that would be awesome, but I assume with one I would be able to work out how to do the other.
