But isn't $floor(999/7)=142$, so it should be $142/1000 * 142 / 999$ etc., no?

@Sam OK, so the answer is $1-(floor(1/7))^2$? Even if they are different numbers?

@Sam There is no 0 in my set. If my answer is not correct, can you please explain how to solve? Because I have no idea how.

@TMM: I choose the first number: 1000 numbers to choose from, probability of that number being divisble by 7 is $(1000/7)/1000=1/7$. I choose the second number: 999 numbers left to choose from, probability of that number being divisble by 7 is also $(999/7)/999=1/7$, and so on. My answer is still correct, no? (I know about rounding down the fraction)

No, 10 different numbers are chosen. But since the probability is always $1/7$ no matter how many numbers I can choose from, the answer is the same, no?
