I am a postdoc at the Jozef Stefan Institute, Ljubljana, working in a Computational Topology EU project on the topic of Persistent Homology. In this project I am researching the impact of the lattice theory based knowledge into this homological algebraic field in order to (contribute to) built the foundations of the Topological Persistence Theory. I have achieved my Ph.D. in May 2012 at the Faculty of Mathematics of the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, under the topic of Skew Lattices (a noncommutative generalization of lattices).
