What is the probability that a randomly chosen number between 0 and 1 is exactly 0.278? 2. What is the probability that a randomly chosen number between 0 and 1 lies in the range 0.45 to 0.60? It is highly unlikely that Gold medal winners of the 2216 Olympics (assuming we do have one) are alive today (although, who knows!). Does that change the answer in any way?
