Thank you for your answer, $B$ is a matrix of same dimension with $R$, which is a $m$ by $s$ matrix, $Y$ is an $s$ by $n$ matrix, $\mu$ is a constant. My question is that the solution should be $B(2YY^T + \mu)$ or $B(2YY^T + \mu I)$?, thank you so much
