sorry but if the P1(0,0) and P2(10,0) and m=0 so P3.y=0 and this is wrong in this case..

same comment as J.M. If i have P1(0,0) and P2(10,0) so m=0, and U=(0,1) and MP(5,5) and P3(5,6) or P3(5,4) that is wrong...
