Estimate confidence interval for true positive rate and false positive rate My issue is what kind of model i can assume generates counts. Lets say I assume a multinomial for the four different classes (tp,fn,fp,tn). But then this would mean that the counts are independent which is clearly not the case! I can't really fathom considering just one of the classes by itself as a binomial experiment since drawing a "F" for one means drawing a "T" for one of the other classes. |
