Good addition, empty slot would count as well as full slot, although I didn't specify it on question. I'll give this answer a thumbs up and accept the other because of sigma notation, that gives me more tools to play with the equation in this manner.

I will accept this answer. For 11 I decided to go with more clean version because rule that allowed decimal usage 1.1 is pretty much same as using 11 on the upper limit. Watch is now on the wall and I'm happy with it.
