$|2^x-3^y|=1$ has only three natural pairs as solutions Still looks more understandable to an average person :) |

$|2^x-3^y|=1$ has only three natural pairs as solutions Wow this proof looks even better than the Levi's one :O |

How do you check whether the process is a Poisson process? Sir, you're genious :O Just that easily... Amazing! |

How to count the mean of the Poisson process Want a honest answer? I did not study. For several reasons, only one of them being I hate what I study :( I have this one last exam. After that (assuming I did not fail it), I would continue my job as a programmer which I enjoy. I just need to remove the stage of studies from my life and thus I needed help. Thanks :) |

How do you check whether the process is a Poisson process? I get $E[X^2_t]=\lambda^2+\lambda$ Does that mean that $X^2_t\approx po((\lambda^2+\lambda)t)$ and thus not equal to $po(\lambda t)$ and thus not a Poisson process? (unless $\lambda=0$) |

How do you check whether the process is a Poisson process? Are you asking me for a clearer task or are these the answers I should ask myself to help me solve the problem? |
