comment If $P$ is true then not $Q$
It might help if you would acknowledge previous things from the literature of very much the same flavor, such as “This sentence is false.” Anyway, my take is that the nature of the resolution of what you have proposed is independent of the negation within it. That is, “If this statement is true then it will rain tomorrow.” has the same type of resolution as the statement you propose.

comment Is there any significance to the logarithm of a sum?
I have up-voted your answer. (I’m not claiming to understand it - I’m just giving you the benefit of the doubt, namely, that your answer is indeed as astute as it seems.) Since you say in your profile that you are a non-native speaker interested in writing and speaking decent English, you might be interested in the learner-friendly front-end to the (free, online) Merriam-Webster dictionary that I am creating, at prof-vortaro-de-la-merk-angla.weebly.com
