May 2 comment If a group G is isomorphic to H, prove that Aut(G) is isomorphic to Aut(H) This question isn't really that clear. Are you attempting to suppose that $H$ and $G$ are isomorphic and then show that $Aut(G)$ and $Aut(H)$ are isomorphic?
