@ The Chaz I did not visit M.SE for sometime as I thought the boiler plates were actually words of a moderator and I felt people here were rude(which is not the case) I am briefly going afk.I have been on the computer for 4 hours at a stretch now.

I was mainly referring to traffic from artofproblemsolving.com and such websites.People from there are sometimes put off immediately on seeing some discussion being branded as something unwelcome.They are a golden lot but they refuse to give up control;for example, after seeing the fourth boiler plate I was angry for sometime.

In fact, I would like to criticize Engel on one front:that book will tell you how to solve some kinds of problems but mind you, the USAMO is actually the most unorthodox olympiad in the world.Those who propose the questions are aware of the techniques people have invented to solve particular type of problems, so beware!

To be honest, I have not yet completed a first course in rigorous calculus(I am currently doing Apostol' Calculus vol I and I haven't done much of it(only hundred odd pages).So I don't think I have the necessary background to read Kuzma's book(I can't see the preview of that page either).But still thank you.I don't even know what a measurable function is.So I really apologise for my ignorance.
