@RagibZaman I computed powers of β+1 starting from 0,1,2,3.... 15 and every time the power is over β^4, I reduce it to smaller ones by substituting β^4 = β^3 + β^2 + β + 1 as it is a finite field. Is it not how it is done?

@RagibZamanI figured out that for g^15 = g^8... Is it something weird? Am I doing something wrong or it is possible. I did not try after g15. here my g = β+1

@RagibZaman Amazing Explaination sir. Yes your answer make it understand how to do it, though as TonyK said, it has a polynomial β4+β3+β2+β+1 . But your answer helps me to understand the concept which suffices my needs :) Thanks again.

@JyrkiLahtonen Nope they have not taught anything about Frobenius automorphism !! About Fields , I know a bit and also if I have a generator, how to express other elements as power of that element. In part B, s is the degree ,(I edited the typo in the 1st line of the question)
