I'm a PhD candidate in analysis (harmonic analysis). I have a Master of Science degree in mathematics (analysis).

I am interested in many topics in analysis, but in particular: harmonic analysis, functional analysis, operator theory and special functions.

@Aris: Yes. If you can find some people that would like to learn something from the other field as well that should be fine.

Nobody. You might have more luck in Australia (Pierre Portal, Canberra). In The Netherlands you could have financial math people or real mathematicians. Onno van Gaans in Leiden (no manifolds, I believe). Mark Veraar and Jan van Neerven in Delft (on Banach spaces). Do remember funding will be a big problem.
