@Jykri: I found one thing to generate the log and antilog table. I think the primitive polynomial has been converted to a formula which is like this. For GF(255) to generate the table: primitive=285; size=256; x=1; For index in 0 to size-1: table[index]=x; x=x*2; // Multiply X by 2 if x >= size: x^=primitive;// x=x (Power)285 x&=size-1;// x=x bitwiseand 255 Resulting the same table. How this Polynomial got converted into this formula.
