If $f(x)$ is a polynomial satisfying $ f(x)f(\frac 1x) = f(x)+f(\frac 1x)$ and $f(3)=28$, then how could we find $f(4)$?

If $f(x)$ is a polynomial satisfying $ f(x)f(\frac 1x) = f(x)+f(\frac 1x)$ and $f(3)=28$, then how could we find $f(4)$ ?
