Generalization to multiple types

This is the Generalization to multiple types as given in Wikipedia. But where I am stumped is how to treat those type if they have varying constraints. Such as, in a group of men and women what is the probability of a man sharing a birthday with a woman, if the group contains some siblings of either sex who are twins, some who are not twins etc.
