I'm trying to learn mathematics and to understand calculus for the first time, I'm using this book Higher Math For Beginners: Mostly Physicists And Engineers by Y. B. Zeldovich and After that I 'll through go through these two : Introduction to Calculus and Analysis v 1 and 2 by Richard Courant , Fritz John and finally Mathematical Analysis V. A. Zorich,my question is if there anything that I would be repeating the same thingq (I mean if there is an order in which to read this subject in the least amount of time while covering a big part of it),or if this order is the right one?
Do you have any other suggestion on other book and ways to learn faster ?and can you comment on the books I'm using? thanks
P.S do I have to learn proofs(I have Velleman's book) before any of these books?my background is simply high school mathematics(algebra and trig) and small acquaintance with some calculus concepts.
