$6:2(2+1) = ?$

Is it 1 or 9 ? I think it is nondeterministic is it true ?

This has already been done assuming that $:$ is the same operator as $/$, look at these for answers already given:

The question boils down to whether or not the (2+1) is part of the denominator or numerator which as a single line expression isn't clear. If it is part of the denominator then the answer is 1. Otherwise the answer is 9 and both can make sense.
