I have two sets of data for the same sample and want to test my null hypothesis. What model do I use?

Example ; ten food items --tested fat % of items and obtained data for each item. Then collected quantity sold of each food item. Want to test correlation between two sets of data. Items with highest fat content are most popular items sold is my null hypothesis. Help?
