The most romantic equation in math, is, of course

$$e^{i\theta}=\mathrm{cos}\theta + i \,\mathrm{sin}\theta.$$

I suggest using some vector graphic editors and then extracting resulting equations of heart shapes. It must be possible. Of course, you will get polynomial splines (piecewise and cubic, most probably) but I find them to be good enough.

Trace a circle of radius 1 outside another circle of radius 1. The result is also a heart-shaped shape called a cardioid.

Also try reducing the inequality $6u > 2i$ into simplest terms and turning it into a "less than" inequality.
