Find the volume of the solid bounded by plane $z=2x$ and the elliptic paraboloid $z=x^2+y^2$

Any idea on this? I just need the set-up of the double integral with their bounds and how you came up with it. Then I'll do the rest. Thank you very much! :D

Whenever you see the words "elliptic" or "circular" or the expression $x^2+y^2$ in a multiple integration problem, a good response is "polar coordinate transformation." However, this is actually a triple integral since you want volume. – proximal Dec 12 '12 at 3:52
