How can I solve non concave quadratic problem in matlab with constraints. I tried using quadprog but it doesn't work

It does give me values but they are not correct. Also it takes a long time to stop. I want a iterative solution, that lets me iterate up to the number of times I want. Further matlab's quadprog expects a convex function – user34790 Dec 7 '12 at 23:15
