I have downloaded the win.zip(320MB) file from Here. I want to compute the cells in (affine) Weyl groups. According to the mannual, I should use the CHEVIE program. But I can't find any file nammed CHEVIE in the that file. I think have downloaded the wrong file.

So what should I do if I need to use the program to compute the cells?

Moreover, is this program already executable, or, do we need a C++ environment to run it?

(I don't know which tag is the correct one, so excuse me if I tag it in the wrong way...)

Thanks a lot.
