I need to write the first expression in terms of the second if the terminal point determined by $t$ is in the given quadrant. (Write $\cot^nt$ as $\left( \cot t \right)^n$).

Can I do this on my graphing calculator

Where are the expressions and what is a terminal point? – Ross Millikan Oct 21 '12 at 15:51

An equation of 3 variables is a 3D graph. So if you have a 3D plotting function you will be able to.. unless n is a specified range, then you can plot it according to that domain.
