There are many summer programs in the United States, targeted at good, motivated undergraduate students majoring in mathematics. Most programs, however (if not all), demand that the applicant is American or a permenant resident in the United States. Even if it is allowed for students outside the U.S. to apply, these non-American students have to pay the whole "experience" themselves. My question is: are there any such programs outside the United States? A roughly equivalent question was asked at MO, but perhaps the MSE community knows a bit more on such things.
Thanks,
Max
