# Closed form of trigonometric sum

$$\sum_{r=0}^{p-1} \csc((\pi*(r/m)/p) - ((\pi/N)*(k-em)))^2$$ I would like to calculate the closed form of the infinite sum I mentioned Can anybody help please!

There doesn't seem to be any infinite sum here. – Henning Makholm Apr 20 '12 at 10:44
Lots of variables there; $m,p,N,k,e$. Can't imagine there will be a closed form of any use. – Gerry Myerson Apr 20 '12 at 13:00
